Low carb chocolate soufflé (can be used for diabetics)

Admin

I saw this recipe on Instagram, tried to make it, slightly changing it for myself - the result was impressive! The simplest recipe, ready in a few minutes! I got 450 g of finished soufflé, calorie content 100 kcal per 100 g. For the entire volume - 22 g of carbohydrates, that is, 4.8 g of carbohydrates per 100 g. You can hamster with diabetes without fear of sudden spikes in sugar!

Low carb chocolate soufflé (can be used for diabetics)

Ingredients: milk, soft cottage cheese 5% (2 jars of "Prostokvashino"), gelatin (1 sachet), (~ 2 squares) dark chocolate (no sugar), Any sugar to taste (I have sucralose - 0 kcal, 0 carbohydrates)

Cooking method:

Pour gelatin into cold milk, let it swell. Then heat over low heat, stirring, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Don't let it boil! You don't need to heat up too much. At the same stage, add grated chocolate to melt in warm milk. There same sakhzam.

Add cottage cheese to the resulting liquid and beat everything with a blender. If there is no blender, but there is a margin of patience, you can use a whisk and even a fork.

Pour the mixture into any mold. To make it easier to remove the souffle / jelly, you can line the form with cling film. In the absence of a film at home, I lined it with an ordinary bag, and norms!

Put in the fridge until set, it took me 3 hours. The jelly is quite dense, easily cut with a knife. The taste is bomb! If you want softer, you need to put less gelatin or more milk / cottage cheese.
