Ingredients: FOR THE DOUGH:, warm milk, yeast, sugar, eggs, butter, flour, FILLING:, butter, sugar, cinnamon, chocolate, CARAMELIZED APPLES:, sour apple, butter, sugar (brown Sahara)

Cooking method:

Dough: combine warm milk with yeast and sugar, mix. Add eggs and melted cooled butter, mix. Add flour in several stages. Knead a soft dough, it should be slightly sticky to your hands, do not hammer the dough much with flour. We clean in a warm place for 1 hour.

FILLING: Pour melted butter into sugar, add cinnamon and grated chocolate, mix.

CARAMELIZED APPLES: add a piece of butter to the pan and put the apples cut into small cubes, fry for a minute. Add sugar and stir, simmer until the apples are soft.

Transfer the dough to the table, sprinkle with flour, roll out to a thickness of about 5 mm. Put the filling, roll into a roll very tightly. Transfer to a tin, cover and let the buns rise for 30 minutes.
