Thank you very much @elena_bess for the dough recipe. The husband intervened in the cooking process, so there was a little more fuss in the dough. From this amount of ingredients, 25 pies were obtained.
Ingredients: Dough:, flour, yeast (11 g) Saf-Moment, salt, sugar, warm milk (water, kefir, etc.), vegetable oil, Filling:, a small head of cabbage, eggs + 1 egg for lubrication, salt
Cooking method:
Dough: Pour salt, sugar, yeast into warm milk. Add 2 tbsp. l. flour, stir and leave until a foam cap appears. Then add oil. Sprinkle flour in batches. You can pour half the flour into the dough at once and stir with a mixer, and then add the remaining amount gradually, kneading the dough by hand.
Put the dough in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Then knead, adding flour if necessary, and remove for another 40 minutes. While the dough is rising, make the filling. Chop the cabbage, put it in a pan, pour water and simmer under the lid until soft, not forgetting to stir.
Hard-boil eggs, cool, peel. Cut into small cubes. When the water has evaporated in the cabbage, add oil and fry, stirring occasionally. Salt. Add eggs, mix.
Pinch off medium-sized pieces from the dough, roll into balls. Cover with a towel and let rest for 10-15 minutes. We roll the ball into a cake with a rolling pin, spread the filling, pinch the edges, and sculpt our pies.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Put pies on a baking sheet, brush with egg and put in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, another 10 minutes at 180. Focus on your oven. The pies should be browned. Bon appetit and good luck cooking!
