A simple family dinner of beef stew on the ribs and potatoes. Stew the dish in a frying pan. Beef ribs are a very popular staple in many cuisines around the world. Soups are prepared from them, they are stewed, baked, etc. Today we will cook stewed beef ribs with potatoes. Very easy to prepare, tasty and hearty dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients: Beef Ribs, Potato, Onion, Tomato, Thyme, Parsley, Salt/Pepper/Favourite Seasonings, Frying Oil
Cooking method:
Rinse the ribs under running water, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the ribs on it with the meat side down, fry until a beautiful golden brown, turn over with a bone and fry for a couple more minutes. Then the ribs again need to be turned over with the meat side into the pan, pour in a glass of water and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
Add chopped white onion, add a little more water if necessary, cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise into four parts, add to the pan, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the tomato into four parts, grate the pulp, discard the skin, add thyme, salt, pepper to taste and simmer all together under the lid for another 10-15 minutes Do not forget to add if necessary water.
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs, turn off the stove and let it brew for 10 minutes so that all the flavors mix. Serve stewed beef ribs with potatoes with fresh herbs and fresh vegetables.
