For a beautiful presentation, you can use a culinary ring. I used a minimum diameter of 16 cm.

Layered salad with crab meat, apple and potatoes

Ingredients: crab meat, eggs, large potatoes, large apple, small onion, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar, mayonnaise (preferably homemade)

Cooking method:

Let's prepare all the ingredients. If desired, use the culinary ring.

We put the eggs to boil for 10 minutes and the potatoes for 25-30 minutes.

Finely chop the crabmeat and onion. Pour boiling water over the onion for 10 minutes, adding a pinch of sugar there. Drain the water after 10 minutes.

Three potatoes on a coarse grater. We spread it as 1 layer, salt, pepper, generously grease with ordinary or homemade mayonnaise with a culinary brush (you can see the recipe in my profile)

2 layer - onions. 3 layer - grated apple (peel and core, three on a coarse grater) Lubricate with a brush with mayonnaise.

4 layer - crab meat. Brush with mayonnaise.

5 layer - eggs (boiled eggs separate the whites from the yolks. Three on a fine grater, first sprinkle with yolk, and then with protein)

Decorate with parsley leaves on top. Put in refrigerator for 30 min.

Next, holding the edges with a spoon, carefully release the salad from the culinary ring. Bon appetit💕🌿
