So I went to cook for yourself spelled for breakfast.
For breakfast I ate boiled spelled 40 g (dry) and bread with fish paste (30 g). Drank Jasmine Green Tea, Vitaminki capsule and omega-3.
For breakfast, it turned 260 kcal.
By the way, I spelled cooked himself for the first time. What can I say - I liked it. Efforts should be made to chew and is not semolina porridge, but the taste is pleasant. I wanted to cook with milk (Anfisa comments advised simply pour the boiled milk, spelled), but in the end just ate boiled.

This afternoon I had a snack apple -160 g - 80 kcal.
Cheese soup I cooked at the weekend, of course, ate and I had to take the time to cook dinner.
Lunch consisted of my whole grain pasta (60 g dry), of tomato sauce (70g), chicken ham (130 g), garlic cloves and soft cheese with tomato and basil (20 c).
For dinner out - 500 kcal. Too much happened)). I expected to put less ham, but then it would have remained a piece that is not there and not here). Sorry good product and put it all).
Dinner turned out a little too high-calorie, but still within my daily allowance! And I thought that I started ice jams))).
For dinner omelet of three eggs with tomato (80 c) and a soft cheese with tomato and basil (20 c) - 380 kcal.
The day turned out 1220 kcal. I tried to drink the water rate, but went hard for some reason.
