#23February It seems to me that there are no people who have not tried to cook shawarma at least once at home. Despite the fact that the recipe is most often far from the classic, homemade shawarma always turns out to be very tasty.
Ingredients: pita bread, chicken breast, chopped canned champignons, Chinese cabbage, pickled cucumber, soy sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, chili sauce, vegetable oil, chicken seasoning
Cooking method:
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Put in a cup, add seasoning, soy sauce and mix. Add chopped mushrooms to the chicken, mix and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Chop the Chinese cabbage, cut the cucumber into slices.
Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise, ketchup, chili.
Fry the chicken with mushrooms in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil over medium heat until tender (15-20 minutes).
Lay out a sheet of pita bread, grease the place where the filling will be placed with sauce, put cabbage and cucumber on it.
Put chicken with mushrooms on vegetables.
Roll the lavash into an envelope.
Fry in a dry heated frying pan on both sides for 3 minutes. Ready!
