Cooking method:

For the filling, mix about 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Lubricate the dough with room temperature butter or vegetable oil. Then sprinkle the surface with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. We twist the roll, cut it lengthwise and twist the flagellum. We roll the ball. Lubricate with yolk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
