Very tender, tasty, at no extra cost, juicy and soft honey cake, swept off the table instantly!
Ingredients: sugar, honey, eggs, butter, flour, soda, salt, sour cream 20%, powdered sugar
Cooking method:
Melt the honey in a bowl with a high rim. Add soda and reduce heat, stir until brown mass. Then remove from heat and add butter to melt it.
Beat eggs with salt until white. Gradually add sugar and continue beating. Then add the cooled mixture with honey and flour, in parts, sifted in advance. Mix gently with a spoon.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out half of the dough, smearing it in the shape of a rectangle as thinly as possible. Bake at 170° for 7 minutes. The second cake also.
Mix sour cream and powdered sugar. Trim the edges of the cakes and cut in half to make 4 cakes. Brush them with sour cream.
Crumble the scraps and decorate the sides and top of the cake as desired.
Let it soak in the refrigerator for as long as time allows, at least a couple of hours. Good appetite!!!
