In today's article I will tell about two interesting ways to use the rack in the oven, which I often use. Previously, probably, like many people, I simply pulled the grate out of the oven when I cooked something on a baking sheet, and after cooking, after waiting for the oven to cool, I put the grate back. But for a couple of years I actively use the grid. If you didn’t know about the methods listed below, be sure to try them!
1. The first way to use the grate is very fond of my family. It lies in the fact that we use the wire rack as a toaster. Just place the slices of bread along the grate. Enough 5-7 minutes (depending on how many degrees you turn on the oven) and the slices of bread become crispy like from a toaster. The main thing is not to miss the bread, as it only takes a couple of extra minutes to burn it. This method is especially good if the bread is not today's, after such a procedure, even two-day bread becomes very tasty. This method can be used both separately, by specifically turning on the oven for this, and cooking something by placing bread over a baking sheet.
2. The second way allows convenient to fry chicken drumsticks. We insert the shins with a narrow part into the grate, set the oven 200 degrees and remove after 30 minutes.
