However, when the number of calories coming from outside becomes scanty, the body includes self-preservation mode. metabolic rate decreases, and the hated fat is stored as a strategic reserve in the flow are the muscles!

If your weight is 100 kg and you lead a sedentary lifestyle, then you only need 1600 calories a day to lose weight comfortably.
