My name is Anja and in May 2018 I changed my lifestyle, moved to a proper diet (well, almost right) with a deficit of calories and have parted with 33 kg of excess weight.
There is still a lot of work on myself, because the goal is to lose at least another 20 kilos!

Today is my day started with millet porridge with milk and a pinch of cinnamon (milk as always breed 1 to 1 with water and use sahzam based stevia instead of sugar). Plus green tea with jasmine and vitamins.
For breakfast turned out - 300kkal.
After the New Year for the first time went purposefully to the market to buy basic products.
Upon returning to indulge snack with green tea and a sandwich with whole grain bread and pate Cod.
Snack - 160 kcal.
Today for lunch cooked chicken soup with pasta from durum wheat (This soup us for a few days).
