I suggest you a delicious recipe for cooking fish. We will do it in the batter and breaded potato. Very tasty! Real jam!

Ingredients

Fish
Potatoes
Mayonnaise
eggs
Flour
Salt
Spice
Lemon juice
Vegetable oil

We will need 500 grams of fish. Is perfect pollock or hake. The fish is cut into fillets, cut into slices, season with salt to taste, pepper, add favorite spices and sprinkled with lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 40-60 minutes.

Prepare the batter for the fish. Mix in a bowl 1 egg, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1-2 tablespoons of flour. Stir, batter prepared.

Now 2-3 raw potatoes rubbed on a fine grater. And then just a little tip from me: as potato darkens quickly, do not rub it all at once. It is better to do it as needed. Grated potatoes should be well overcome, that there is no excess fluid.

Now we take a piece of fish, Macao batter, rolled in potatoes and place in a pan with vegetable oil. Pour enough oil, not less than 1 cm.

Fry for 1-2 minutes on all sides, then baked for about 20 minutes in the oven. We serve hot. Very tasty sauce will be some. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
