kefir

flour
butter
minced meat

Prepare the dough for tortillas. Take 1 cup yogurt, adding thereto half teaspoon baking soda, one egg, 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar. Stir until uniform, and add 2 tablespoons of butter.

Then, pour 3 cups of flour and knead the dough. Flour may be needed and a little more - the dough should have soft and supple, almost does not stick to hands.

Now prepare the filling for cakes. Mix 350 grams minced meat (any) one onion, herbs, salt and black pepper to taste.

Divide the dough into several parts - the number of cakes. How many cakes will depend on your pan size, so be guided themselves.

Dough balls do. Each ball do deepen and spread the stuffing of minced meat. The edges combine to get the "pouch." Hands give shape to tortillas, then roll out with a rolling pin, but do not need to apply pressure. Lozenges thickness should be 5-7 mm.
