Delicious, nourishing and inexpensive dish that loves my family. Pilaf with chicken hearts cooked very simply, quickly, so this recipe for me from the category of "in haste."

Ingredients:

rice
chicken hearts
bow
carrot
garlic
salt
spice
Chicken broth (or water)
vegetable oil
greens

On warm up oil pan, put 1 carrots, chopped straw and one onion, sliced ​​half rings. Fry the vegetables, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes.

Then put the chicken hearts. They can be put entirely, but I prefer to be cut into two parts. Chicken hearts we need 500 gr. Salt, pepper to taste. Cooking 7-10 minutes.

Further, the washed rice is sent kettle (1 cup), then pour the hot broth 2 cups or simply boiling water from the kettle. Add 3-4 cloves of garlic, spices to taste, can be a little more salt if necessary. Do not stir!

Speaking of spice. It is still not quite a real plov, so classic spices for pilaf in this recipe I do not use. Of spices, I have only black pepper, well, more and garlic. But you're on your own taste you can add any.

Pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Once boiling, diminish the fire and cook, covered until tender (about 20-25 minutes). All this time the lid is opened!

Then, when ready, stir, turn off the heat and leave for another 5-10 minutes. And you can bring to the table with fresh herbs. Even vegetable salad can be made. Yummy! Bon appetit, my dear!
