Did you know that adjika can cook zucchini? Incidentally, it turns incredibly delicious! Try to be sure, this is a very good recipe, which I shared with the mother in law. In general, I am telling how to do :))

What we need:

zucchini
tomatoes
Bulgarian pepper
hot pepper (ground) or pods
carrot
garlic
salt
sugar
vegetable oil

3 kg courgettes and 1.5 kg of ripe tomato mince.

Also passes pepper 0.5 kg and 0.5 kg of carrots.

The recipe I pointed red pepper. But if you prefer, you can instead take to taste 1-2 pods hot pepper, and also through a meat grinder.

Pulverized by means of a press 5 heads of garlic.

Putting all vegetables with addition of hot pepper, add 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt, 200 ml of vegetable oil. Simmer all together after boiling for 45 minutes. Vegetable mass not forget to periodically stir.

Then add a red pepper (1.5 -2 tablespoons or taste) or crushed chilli peppers.

Cook for 10-12 minutes, then lay out on the banks, which need to be sterilized in advance, and roll up. Squash adjika ready! Bon appetit, my friends!
