The liver is happy to eat, even those who are not particularly fond of it. This is a very tasty dish that is simply impossible to refuse! The liver is cooked in a spicy sauce with garlic. Yummy! Take the prescription note.

Preparation:

1 kg of liver cut into large pieces, slightly repel them, and then cut into smaller pieces.

Adding to the liver 3 tablespoons starch (can replace conventional flour), pepper, paprika and put - 1 tablespoon of the well, or to taste.

Squeezing 5-6 cloves of garlic, add a little hot pepper. Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil, stirred and allowed 15-20 minutes.

Note: do not add salt! It will add at the end, otherwise the liver will be tough.

While the liver is marinated, prepare the sauce. To this mix in a bowl 3 tablespoons tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of honey, 6-7 tablespoons of soy sauce and half cup of boiling water. Stir until the sauce until the honey is dissolved.

Now the pan lay out the liver, and one chopped onion. Fry for 5-7 minutes, then pour the sauce and cook for another 8-10 minutes under the lid over medium heat.

For a couple of minutes until cooked add salt. Just be careful not to overdo, because soy sauce is already giving salty taste. Serve the liver with any garnish. Will taste best with rice or potatoes and fresh vegetable salad. Bon Appetit!
