If you can not imagine without a bean soup, this blank will be very useful.
Beans already cooked, refueling get rich and beautiful. So the soup will come to glory!

Ingredients:

300 gr. beans

1.5 kg of beet

1.5 kg of tomatoes

0.5 kg of pepper (if not like, do not add)
0.5 kg of carrots
0.5 kg onions
1 cup vegetable oil
100 ml of 9% vinegar
1 tbsp. l. salts with slide

100 gr. Sahara

pepper, bay leaves - to taste and desire

Preparation:

1. Beans fill with water and leave to swell for 8-12 hours. The water is then drained, rinsed and shift into the pan.

Pour fresh water and put the dishes on the fire. Boil the beans until tender, but not of cooking.

Liquid drain or discard the beans in a colander.

2. Wash the carrots and beets.

Onions clean.
Grate the beets and carrots on a medium grater, and the onions cut into large cubes

3. Tomatoes Wash and cut into small pieces and mince.

3. In a large saucepan put the tomato mass, pour vegetable oil and mix everything. Boil.

4. When it boils add beets and 40 ml. vinegar, cooking after boiling for 10 minutes.

Then put the onions and carrots, boil again and boil for another 10 minutes.

5. Lay the peppers and beans. Season with salt, sugar and spices to taste.
Leave to languish for exactly 15 minutes. Five minutes before the end of cooking pour the remaining vinegar.

6. Banks previously washed, sterilized and dried. Covers boil.

6. Fill jars brim hot filling, roll covers.

Banks blanket wraps and leave for a day.

Then storing it in a basement or other cool place.

I recommend to use the whole jar at a pot of borscht.
