Ingredients:
1 kg of young zucchini
300 gr. mushroom
vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 h. l. baking powder
1 cup flour
4 tomatoes
onion
150 c. hard cheese
250 ml of sour cream or mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves
salt
pepper

Preparation:
1. Grate zucchini and squeeze out the excess liquid. Add eggs, salt, baking powder and flour. Knead the dough, as usual pancakes.
2. Grease the pan with oil and warm.
Of test bake marrow fritters on medium heat, thickness 0.5 cm.
3. Onions, mushrooms, and cut into cubes and fried in oil to a golden color.
Add salt and season with pepper and add 1 clove of garlic, passed through the press.
4. Prepare the cream cake. To do this, the sour cream or mayonnaise, minced garlic and fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Tomatoes cut into slices.
6. Cheese grate.
7. Chilled Pumpkin pancakes, cakes smear with cream from sour cream or mayonnaise.
8. On a flat plate put one cake, grated cheese on top, then a second cake and fried mushrooms and onions.
9. Next, a layer of tomatoes. Repeat layers until you run out of squash cakes.
Desirably, the upper cover cake was only tomatoes.
Decorate the cake to your taste and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve chilled as an appetizer.
