The fish turns out very juicy and incredibly tasty. This recipe I recommend heartily, I'm sure you'll appreciate, because mackerel is obtained simply excellent!
Ingredients that are needed for this dish:
fish mackerel - 2 pcs
Carrots - 1 pc
Onion - 1 pc
vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
salt, pepper, bay leaves - to taste
Mackerel thawed at room temperature. Disemboweled, cut into slices.
Onions cut into cubes or half-rings. Carrot rub on a coarse grater or shinkuem strips.
Now take the jar (1 liter volume would be enough), and stacked layers of mackerel and vegetables. Add salt and spices to taste. The final layer (upper) should be vegetables.
Pour into a jar vegetable oil, cover with foil on top of the jar. Instead mackerel cans can be placed in a pot.
Bank put into cold (!!!) oven. Turn the oven only after put to the bank! Well, if you will be cooking in a pot, it can be hot. Bake fish about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Serve mackerel with any garnish or salad. Fish obtained tasty and very juicy! Bon appetit, my dear friends!
