Extraordinarily delicious cucumber in sweet and sour marinade. Excellent workpiece! You will not regret!
Ingredients:
3 kg of cucumbers
6 pcs. peas allspice 1 jar
5 peas of black pepper 1 jar
1 clove bud 1 jar
carrot
onion
umbrellas dill and horseradish sheet optional
Marinade 1 liter of water:
70 ml of vinegar 9%
2 hours. l. salt with a small slide
2 tbsp. l. sugar without slides
Preparation:
1. Cucumbers wash and soak at least three hours in cold water.
2. Onions, peel and cut into rings. For each of the banks will need about half the average of the bulb.
3. Carrots are clean and neatly cut. It can be long slices or pieces in the form of circles.
4. Banks are cleaned and sterilized. Covers boil.
5. In a sterile jar put onion and carrot cuts, cloves and peppercorns.
6. Top with cucumber in serried ranks.
7. In a saucepan, mix the marinade ingredients except vinegar. Boil. Then remove from heat and cool.
8. Pour marinade into the banks. Top add the vinegar.
9. Cover the jar and put in a water tank for sterilization.
10. Sterilize 1 liter jars - 10 minutes, 2 l - 20 minutes and 3 l - 30-35 minutes.
11. Immediately roll the jar, turn and wrap.
Allow to cool cucumbers for about a day, then chill them in the refrigerator.
Further - store at room temperature. Well stand at the conditions of the apartment.
