Ingredients:
1 kg eggplant
1 kg of sweet peppers
2 kg of tomatoes (ripe)
0.5 kg onions
0.5 kg of carrots
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. salt
100 ml of normal vinegar of 6% or 9% who likes sharper
200 ml of vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Eggplant wash and cut into large chunks or semicircles.
2. Carrots and onions - thick rings.
3. Tomatoes Wash, dry and cut into slices.
4. Bulgarian pepper to clean from the seeds and also chopped into large cubes.
5. In large pan or kettle in order of priority, bringing each ingredient and the boiling put: carrots, onions, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, then add sugar and salt, then vegetable oil.
Tomatoes only from above, as they provide a lot of juice.
6. Put kettle to fire and low heat boil.
Very important: the salad can not interfere!
Cooking preform or slightly boiled under weak reflux for about 35-40 minutes. For 5-7 minutes until cooked - pour vinegar.
7. Banks sterilized, boiled lids.
8. Expanded in sterile jars and immediately roll.
It is not necessary to wrap up!
