I offer you an amazing tomato harvesting. These tomatoes are obtained so delicious that it is impossible to break away.
Marinade very fragrant and pleasant to just drink it as a refreshing brine... mmm!!!

Ingredients for two banks 2L:

  • 1-1.2 kg of tomatoes (small)
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • a few sprigs of dill and parsley
  • half pod hot peppers
  • 2. l. refined vegetable oil

Marinade 1 liter of water:

  • 1 tbsp. l. coarse salt
  • 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 50 ml of a 9% vinegar
  • 1 h. l. black peppercorns
  • 1 h. l. allspice peas
  • 4 bay leaves

Preparation:

1. dill and parsley wash and shake. Then grind better rather large pieces using scissors.

2. Garlic peel and cut into slices.

3. Banks are cleaned and sterilized. It is recommended to dry cans after sterilization towel turning upside down.

4. Hot pepper cleaned of seeds and cut into slices.

5. Share to the bottom of clean, dry cans garlic and hot peppers.

6. Vegetable oil ignited, cool and pour in the banks - to 1 tablespoon.

7. Tomatoes select small and Kripen'ka. Ideally, brown, almost mature.



8. Plump tomatoes washed and filled into cans cans. If large tomatoes, but dense, they can be cut by half.

9. Onions, peel and cut into large semicircles. Distribute the onion between tomatoes.

10. Prepare marinade: water brought to a boil, adding salt, sugar, black pepper and sweet pepper, bay leaf. Pour the vinegar.
Post a marinade boil for 3-4 minutes and remove from heat.

11. Pour hot but not boiling marinade tomatoes in cans.

12. Now tomatoes need to be sterilized. This should be done as a more convenient - in a water tank or in the oven.
Sterilize the cans tomatoes are traditionally in the tank for 12-15 minutes after the water boils.

13. Cans with tomatoes immediately removed and screw caps. Then turn and wrap a warm blanket. Leave until cool.
