Hello! Today I cook for dinner pea soup with bacon. Soup is obtained simply awesome! I have to cook it even toasts of the stick. Here is my recipe.
First I cook the peas in a saucepan. For cooking, use a meat broth, if any. Or just water. Not Salts. Without salt peas boiled soft better, so add salt at the end.
How much to take and how much pea soup - it is a matter of preference. Someone who likes a thick pea soup, and someone who likes to peas were few. I have a 2.5 liter add half a cup of peas. Cook until soft.
Then add the potatoes, 1 piece, cut into cubes. Also, one finely chopped onion and half a carrot. I cut carrots too small cubes.
In a frying pan fry the bacon. We take 100 grams and cut into small pieces. I fry until browning without oil. Then add to the pot.
