light beer - 1 cup
Eggs - 2 pcs
flour - 1 cup
vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
curry - to taste
salt - to taste
pepper - to taste
Before cooking the batter, the beer must be cooled. Pieces of fish rub with salt and pepper to taste.
Proteins dissociate from the yolks, cool proteins.
In the sifted flour add egg yolks, butter, curry seasoning. By the way, you can take any seasoning to your taste. For example, in the shops sold already prepared especially for seasoning fish, you can use it.
Gradually infusing chilled beer, stir the batter until smooth.
Further whisk mixer to foam proteins and accurately, often added to the batter. Then, all together, beat again.
