Pie with curd. It certainly pleases everyone! Not cook often, of course, very much it is a high-calorie, but when I cook - my boys have just a holiday! They are from all cakes are willing to give the benefit of the pie. Cook it quite easy.

At first the dough. In a bowl to pour out the sifted flour, add the butter and baking powder. Butter from the refrigerator. You can chop the knife or your hands to rub. Add egg, sugar and cocoa powder. I gather the dough into a ball.
Now 2/3 of the dough spread on the bottom of the split mold and make bumpers.

Press down the dough with a glass of smooth bottom to the cake turned rovnenky.
Now filling. In the bowl of a blender spread all the ingredients - eggs, cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla and vanilla pudding.

All this is good whip. You can use either a blender or conventional chopper. But stuffing should be very good mix. It should be here this uniform. I poured into a mold with the dough.

Pudding - is a dry mixture. It is sold there, where all the baking. Usually take vanilla. Instead, it is possible to add 1.5 tablespoons of any starch, although the pudding, though, it is better.

Finish the cake. Top cover with stuffing the dough pieces.

It remains to bake. I turn on the oven, convection mode and choose exhibit 180˚C temperature during 50 minutes. Cake put in the preheated oven. I check the readiness of a wooden stick. I usually enough 50 minutes, but it depends on the oven, of course. You may need a little more time. If no convection, then you need at least an hour to bake.

Cake must be completely cool and then remove from the mold. This is delicious! Sandy chocolate cake and delicate curd filling.

I repeat - it is not for those on a diet! Although, if you all share - it's not so scary. Weight of the finished cake almost 2 kg. This is enough for 10-12 people. Try to cook this cake. Bon Appetit!

• Butter - 200 g
• Sugar - 150 g
• Flour - 350 g
• Cocoa powder - 30 g
• Baking powder - 10 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
For filling:
• Butter - 180 g
• Sugar - 150 g
• Eggs - 4 pcs.
• Cottage cheese - 540 g
• Vanillin - 1 g
• Vanilla Pudding - 30g
*** Ingredients to form 22-26 cm. I have the split at 22 cm, but sometimes cook in a glass form at 26 cm
