We start with the dough. In a bowl sift 400 g of flour and add the butter, margarine and sliced ​​(I I prefer to add and butter, and margarine, but you can take one thing), salt and rub the hands in sand crumb.

In the middle of a sand crumbs make a recess, put sour cream and baking soda, vinegar, slaked. We begin kneading the dough.

In principle, the said amount should be enough flour to make the dough turned out quite dense. But if you feel that it is still stick to hands, add a little more... one or two tablespoons. And not long dough knead need met someone - enough. Remove the dough in the refrigerator until, proceed to the preparation of the filling.

It's zwiebelkuchen - means it is necessary to understand the bow should be a lot! Everything else will be the basis of the pie dough - roll out of its circular formation, slightly larger than the form that you have chosen for baking. I have a form of 28 cm - bumpers of about 4 cm. Roll out the dough we shift to this form, covering the bottom and making bumpers.

Fill the stuffing.
