Hello! Today, I am preparing a very tasty cake "Mink mole"... Although there may be other names! This cake I cook most of all - preparing it quickly, much of some ingredients is not required, and it turns out very tasty and great! Maybe in my recipe is a lot of text and photos, but I will try to describe in more detail, in fact it is simply crazy!

To prepare the sponge cake you need to take:

4 chicken eggs
cup sugar
Three tablespoons of cocoa powder spoons
3-4 tablespoons of boiling water
Teaspoon baking powder

For the cream:
a pound of cheese
200 grams of 33% fatty cream or sour
130-150 grams of sugar

Then add the whipped double cream... No cream, take the cream will be too cool! And also add gelatin, previously dissipated in a microwave oven or a steam bath. Now for some time remove the cream in the fridge, grabbed it lightly.

Thickened cream from the refrigerator, adding a chocolate, grated or chopped a knife. Again remove into the refrigerator.

At this point already and biscuit bake... We get it from the mold, cool. Next, take a knife and retreated from the edge where a 1.5 cm circle of doing a shallow incision, remove the tip of the sponge, and then just a teaspoon take out the crumb.
