Prepare a delicious cake with a delicate flavor to the New Year holiday table! This elegant cake will complement your table with bright and cheerful colors, and the unforgettable mild taste will impress after a holiday! Cook with me!

STEP №1

The basis of the cake is soft and airy sponge cake. Prepare cake.

Ingredients for the sponge cake:
70g flour
sugar 100g
Eggs 2 pcs

Connect the eggs and sugar, whisk with a mixer in a thick fluffy mass.

Add the sifted flour and stir whisk or beat with a mixer on the lowest speed until smooth.

Cover the bottom of the mold parchment paper and pour batter (Form diameter 26 cm.) Send the baked sponge cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Readiness check on a dry wooden skewers.

STEP №2

Second layer - Sour cream jelly.

Ingredients:
sour cream 750g
sugar 300g
Vanilla sugar 10g
milk 200ml
Instant gelatin 30g

Gelatin pour warm milk and leave to swell. The swollen gelatin melt in a water bath (gelatin should not be hot).

Connect cream with sugar and vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer until sugar is dissolved.

Pour gelatin in a thin stream and stir cream whisk.(Mixer not required)

Funny decoration for the cake make sour cream jelly.

Take 1/3 of sour cream jelly and fill any container height of approximately 0.5-0.8 cm. Send in the refrigerator to solidify.

Take the form of 1-2 cm smaller in diameter than was baking. Remove the bottom ring from the mold plate put on the cake. Put the cake, pour the remaining cream on top of the jelly. Submit to the refrigerator until complete solidification sour cream jelly.

Step №3

The last layer of jelly kiwi and pineapple.

Kiwi Jelly 180g + 800ml water
Pineapple jelly 90g + 400ml water

I use a purchased ready-made jelly kiwi and pineapple in batches.

Method can be found on the packaging or prepared as follows: water, bring to a boil and dissolve gelatin stirring constantly with a whisk or spoon, let cool completely.

STEP №4

On the frozen layer sour pour jelly kiwi, send a refrigerator to solidify. On the frozen jelly, kiwi, pineapple pour jelly.

From frozen sour cream jelly forms for cookies squeeze figurines (Merry zveryushek, herringbone, etc.), spread on liquidpineapple jelly figures. Submit the cake in the fridge to solidify.

Remove the finished cake from the mold and sprinkle "snow" of frozen coconut jelly.
