Fragrant, amazingly delicious and beautiful dessert for the holiday table.
Ingredients for cakes:
150 c. flour
4 eggs
200 gr. Sahara
0.5 hours. l. baking powder
vanillin pinch
60 ml of boiling water
60 ml of vegetable oil
For filling:
100 gr. Sahara
100 gr. icing sugar
300 gr. mandarins
vanillin pinch
100 gr. butter
200 gr. cream cheese (mascarpone or the like.)
To decorate:
2-3 mandarin
50 oz. almonds
50 oz. walnut
50 oz. dark chocolate
Preparation:
1. Sugar and egg whisk mixer room temperature 5 minutes at high speed.
2. Carefully sift flour with baking powder and vanilla. Enter flour mixture into the egg.
Pour the dough vegetable oil and boiling water, whisking for 5-7 minutes.
3. Split mold 20 cm in diameter, pave parchment.
4. Fill dough forms.
5. Bake cake about 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
6. Ready cake on paper to cool to room temperature and then stand in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours, wrapped in plastic wrap.
7. Next, cut the cake into 4 equal thin cake.
8. Tangerines clean, remove the skin, remove the film and bones. The pulp whisk blender.
9. Boil tangerine resulting mixture together with sugar 15 minutes.
10. Soft butter, sugar and mascarpone whipped into cream.
11. With the help of sugar, water, mandarin syrup to make a composition for impregnating cakes.
12. The first oil cream cake, the second soak tangerine jam, 3-4 cream again.
13. Assemble the cake: smear the cream and decorate with melted chocolate, nuts and slices of mandarin.
