Chicken fillet 2 pieces (500g)
mushrooms 500g
Onion 1-2 pieces
Vegetable oil 100g
Cream 20% 200g
Flour 1 tbsp
Butter 50g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Black pepper 0.5 tsp
Sweet pepper 4 pieces (large)
Hard cheese 200g
Nutmeg 1/3 tsp
Chicken fillet boil in salted water with a bulb and black peppercorns. Cut into small pieces.
Take a large onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Champignons chop and fry in a skillet. Spread the mushrooms on a dry hot pan. Champignon start up fluid drain and another sauté until complete evaporation of the liquid, and then add the vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l, salt and pepper, fry 3 minutes.
Prepare the sauce. On a dry pan roll in flour and fry 1 minute, add butter and after 1 minute pour cream. Simmer the sauce, stirring constantly until thick.
In the sauce, add the fried mushrooms, boiled chicken, fried onions and nutmeg. Stir fry and 2 minutes.
Sweet pepper cut lengthwise into two parts, pour boiling water for 3 minutes. Put the stuffing in the pepper on top, sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Submit a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Fragrant, appetizing and delicious stuffed peppers ready!
