Fragrant patties of minced meat with the addition of boiled millet - ideal for home dinner!
Ingredients:
500 gr. ground pork
egg
3 garlic cloves
3/4 Art. wheat
parsley
5 slices of white bread
1 tbsp. milk
1 h. l. ground pepper
salt
breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation:
Millet rinse well with 4-5 times.
Pour grits water 1: 3. Boil millet over low heat until tender. Cool boiled millet.
Bread pour warm milk.
Ready-cooled stuffing put in a bowl.
To mince add cold boiled millet, soaked bread, egg, parsley, pepper and salt. Garlic is passed through the press directly into a bowl.
Minced knead well to mix all the ingredients until smooth.
From stuffing to form patties and breaded in bread crumbs.
In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil.
Fry the patties over medium heat until browned on both sides.
Prepared pork cutlet with millet Serve hot.
