Make a delicious chocolate ice cream, with a rich chocolate taste, very easy!
In the evening, we cooked, and in the morning you can feast, delicious ice cream!
Ingredients
250 grams– cream 35% fat
125 grams– condensed milk
20 grams– cocoa

Pour the cold cream in a clean, dry chilled bowl and whip mixer begin first at small speeds gradually increasing to the maximum rpm of the mixer.
Before whipping cream peaks is not necessary, it is sufficient that they would increase in the volume and began to air.
Next, add the condensed milk and mix with a mixer on small speed to mass became homogeneous.
Add cocoa powder. Stir.
Ice cream is ready, it remains only to freeze.
We shift the ice-cream in a bowl, which will freeze, close the lid and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes
We reach in 30 minutes the ice cream out of the freezer and stir gently
Put back in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
This is repeated three times
After the final mixing, remove a freezer for about 4-6 hours to complete the freezing.
We reach the finished ice cream from the freezer and give it to stand at room temperature for 5-7 minutes, that would be easier to apply ice cream in bowls.
On top of ice cream, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
