Rolls with avocado and smoked pink salmon

Recipe for lovers of snacks. Very tasty and sweet rolls!

Ingredients:

450 c. boiled rice
200 gr. cream cheese
2 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
5 sheets nori
long cucumber
avocado
200 gr. smoked salmon
1 tbsp. l. soy sauce

Preparation:

1. Boil round or special sushi rice. In Figure add vinegar and soy sauce.

2. Cucumber Wash, peel and cut into thin cubes.

3. Avocado cut in half, then peel and chop sticks.

4. Pink salmon fillet to cut, and then into thin strip.

5. Spread out on a bamboo mat nori sheet.

6. Put the rice on the nori sheet, pressing down lightly with his hands soaked in vinegar water podkilennoy.

7. Figure put cream cheese. Add strips of cucumber, avocado sticks and pieces of smoked salmon.
