Today I will tell what is needed toothed oval cavity on the inside of the handles at the scissors. These teeth are equipped with almost all kitchen scissors. It all started with the fact that during the next cooking, I needed scissors and during their use I caught myself thinking that I always saw these teeth (see photo), but never thought about why they needed. As it turned out, they can be very useful in certain situations.

2. Open the lid. A pair of scissors, as it turned out, very practical to open the lid, if they are very attached, or example you have wet hands. The cover can be opened with different diameters and even those who have no thread. Just put in the gear chamber cover and turn.
3. Keep the fish cleaning. This from the ordinary scissors I did not expect! Place the fish tail between teeth and somknite handle scissors. Having tested this method in practice I am convinced of its convenience, especially it will be relevant if you do not have gloves for cleaning fish as holding a fish with scissors, it definitely does not slip, and you can easily clean it.
