1. Clean the zucchini and cut into large slices 4-5 centimeter thick. Remove the pulp with a spoon and get a so-called cups. Cut the tomatoes and bell pepper into small slices, three carrots on a fine grater.
2. take 0.5 kilograms of homemade mince (50% pork and 50% beef), add salt, pepper (to taste), three bulb 1 on a coarse grater, stir. Fill the prepared cups of zucchini stuffing. Between cups put the tomatoes and pepper, sprinkle with all the carrots.
4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put saucepan with our courgettes on baking, pre-lubricate them with oil and closing foil.
