Zrazy with potatoes and mushrooms

Amazing dish!

Ingredients:

1 kg potato
egg
50 oz. butter
onion
200 gr. mushroom
50 oz. cheese
100 gr. flour or breadcrumbs
salt
pepper
oil for frying

Preparation:

Wash potatoes, peel and boil until tender.

Prepare therefrom mashed with addition of eggs, salt and butter. You can add 1-2 tbsp. l. flour for potato dough density.

Onion peel and finely chop.

Chop mushrooms into strips or cubes.

Sauté all together with the onion, salt and season with pepper. Cool.

Cheese grate and mix with onion and mushroom fried.

Potato dough into balls. Then add the balls form cakes.

In the center of tortillas put 1 tbsp. l. mushroom stuffing. The edges of the potato cakes combine so as to obtain a pie.

Roll the potato zrazy bread crumbs or breaded in flour.

Zrazy fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
