Meatballs in milk sauce

Tasty, like a child!

Ingredients:

600 gr. minced meat
onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
3 slices of white bread
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. l. flour
30 oz. butter
4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
salt
pepper
curry
fresh dill

Preparation:

1. In a bowl put the stuffing, add pepper and salt. As well as curry or any other spice.

2. Bread pour hot milk (2 tbsp. l.), to be melted for 10 minutes, then send to the forcemeat.

3. Garlic and onions chop.

Put in a bowl for the stuffing.

4. Knead the minced meat until smooth, and it is better to recapture on the table.

Dazzle meatballs with wet hands.

5. Then it is necessary to prepare the milk sauce for meatballs: put the butter in a frying pan, melt, add 1 tbsp. l. flour, mix and warm over moderate heat, preventing the formation of lumps.

Pour 2 tbsp. milk, stirring all the time.
Salt to taste, season with pepper.

Transfer the meatballs to the pan with the sauce.

6. Close pan cover, leave meatballs extinguished at low heat for 10 minutes, then turned over and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Part of the liquid evaporates and turn thick milk sauce.

At the very end of cooking meatballs can sprinkle chopped fresh dill.

Serve meatballs in milk sauce to the table with your favorite garnish to taste and served hot.
