Pickled cabbage with mustard

I generally like the cabbage in any form, this option I like cabbage, because it turns out unusual, sweetish taste and a mustard flavor. I recommend very tasty.

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage-1,5kg

2 pcs carrots.

Bulb 2 pcs.

For the marinade:

Vegetable oil -100ml.

Sugar -90gr.

Apple vinegar -100ml.

Salt -1,5ch.l.

Mustard -1ch.l.

COOKING METHOD

Cabbage julienne shinkuem 1.5kg. Grate carrots for Korean carrot. Onions cut fourth ring. Put into a suitable dish cabbage, onions, carrots and stir.

In saucepan pour 100 ml of vegetable oil, 90 grams of sugar, 100 ml of apple vinegar, 1.5 tsp salt, add 1 tsp mustard, I add a spicy Russian mustard. All the mix. We put on the plate and bring to boiling and boil after boiling for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and immediately pour the marinade cabbage and stir.

We reserve so the cabbage for 2 hours, during this time, stir a couple of times. Spread of cabbage is now clean jars and close the lid, from a given amount I is obtained 2.5 liters cabbage.

Banks put in the fridge and the next day you can already remove a sample for my taste it is especially delicious on day 3. Store in the fridge until you eat.
