Eastern dessert delicious!
Ingredients:
puff pastry
2 tbsp. walnut kernels
150 c. butter
1 tbsp. Sahara
1/4 Art. honey
Article 0.5. water
Article 0.5. l. ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Put walnuts in the bowl of a food processor and chop.
Stir the prepared walnuts with sugar and cinnamon.
Melt the butter and cool.
One sheet of dough out onto a dry surface, generously greased with melted butter, cover with another sheet of dough, brush the top and add a third sheet of dough, oiled again.
The prepared dough sheets spread 1/3 cup of nuts in a mixture with powdered sugar (about 1/6 of the total mixture).
Roll the dough with the filling in a roll.
In such a method to do with all the dough.
Prepared rolls pahlava shift into greased form top and pour melted butter.
Aromatic pakhlava Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes.
While baklava is baked, prepare the syrup.
In a bowl, mix water, honey and sugar.
Bring to the boil and cook the syrup for 10 minutes on low heat.
Pour the finished baklava sugar-honey syrup and leave at least 3 hours.
Ready baklava rolls cut into pieces and serve.
