Salad with zucchini in the winter. It is 100% yummy, from which it is impossible to break away. This full-bodied and spicy salad gets going with a bang, and will be your favorite. It is this preparation, which should be in the bins each family.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 cans of 500ml:
- Tomato - 1.5 kg
- Squash - 1 kg.
- Pepper - 3 pieces.
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Sugar - 100 gr
- Salt - 1 tbsp with slide
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml.
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tablespoon

- Zucchini peel. Diced.
1.5 kg of tomatoes shall cut cubes.
Pepper 3 pieces we shall cut into strips.

In a saucepan put the tomatoes, add 100 grams of sugar, put 1 tablespoon salts with a slide. Stir boiling. And boil for 15 minutes. It took 15 minutes add the zucchini and cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat. Now add pepper, garlic, 30 ml of vegetable oil. Bring to the boil and cook for another 15 minutes. for 2-3 minutes until cooked add 1 tbsp 9% vinegar. Poured into sterilized jars.
