- Water - 700-1000ml
- For the meatballs:
- Stuffing - 600gr.
- Rice - 100g.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3-4zub
- Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
- Black pepper - to taste
- COOKING METHOD

- One onion and 3-4 cloves of garlic, chop the blender. 100 grams of rice I have a round, well wash out. Take any stuffing 600 grams, I have beef, we shift into a bowl, add the onion and garlic, the washed rice, half a teaspoon of salt. A little black pepper.

One carrot grate, onion finely cut. In large kettle pour a little vegetable oil and fry the onions until translucent, add the carrots and fry all together add 1 spoonful of tomato paste or fresh tomato. Mix and fill small amount of water of about 500 ml, stir omit potatoes, put bay leaf, made up of water so that the potatoes disappeared.
