Today prepare very interesting dish: a full hearty lunch or dinner for the whole family, beautiful and easy to manufacture snack cake.
I chopped 500g fresh cabbage. I salt the cabbage, stir and after a while good to remember that it becomes softer.
I add three eggs, three tablespoons of flour with a top and a bag of baking powder. All is well mixed.
Cabbage "dough" spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper and the laid screed.
Completely covers the foil and the sending in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
I made minced chicken thighs, add in minced salt and spices to taste, I have this black pepper, a teaspoon of paprika, a teaspoon of dried garlic and dried parsley for flavor. All is well kneaded by hand.
I take out the pan from the oven and take off the foil, foil, we no longer need.
On top of the baked dough spread minced cabbage and distributed over the entire surface. Again, I send it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
At 20% fat sour cream add 1 clove of garlic press and extruded through a little finely chopped dill. Mixed.
The cake is cool, trim the edges and cut into 4 pieces. To separate the cake from the paper and spread on a plate. Grease and garlic cream sauce.
Sprinkle fried carrot and onion.
Spread the next cake, cream sauce again, Refried carrot, onion and so on. The uppermost layer of decorating sour and dill can be immediately supplied to the table!
