Fasting is not a reason to give up delicious baked goods. Especially when there is a way to make the pies and pies really lean.

Ingredients for the dough:
2 cups of flour
1 glass of water
1 hour l. dry yeast
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
0.5 tsp l. salt
5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
For filling:
4-5 strong medium apples (sour or sweet if desired)
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
For brushing 5 tbsp. l. water + 1 tsp. l. sugar, or a mixture of water and honey.
Preparation:
1. Dissolve yeast in half a glass of warm water, 1 tsp. l. sugar, 1-2 tsp. flour.
Leave the steam warm for 15–20 minutes until a frothy cap appears. If during this time the mixture does not begin to foam, then the yeast has lost its activity, but simply does not work, and cooking with them is a transfer of time and products, they must be replaced with fresh ones.
2. Sift flour into a separate bowl, add salt. Make a hole in the center of the flour slide. Add the rest of the water to the dough to a full glass, mix and pour into the center of the flour hole.
3. Gradually adding flour from the edges to the center of the hole, knead a soft dough. If necessary, add some water or flour.
4. Knead the dough well with your hands for at least 10 minutes, add a little vegetable oil in the process.
5. Transfer the dough to a bowl and cover with cling film or a towel. Place in a warm place until it doubles in volume. Knead the dough well and let it rise a second time.
6. Wash, peel and cut the apples for the filling. Mix with sugar and heat over low heat or in the microwave until sugar dissolves and light caramel appears.
7. Cut the dough into balls. From the specified number of ingredients, 10 large or 15 medium patties are obtained.
8. Roll out dough balls and put on them for 2 tsp. l. apple filling. Pinch the edges of the dough, shape into patties.
9. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or foil. Be sure to let them distance 15-20 minutes and only then bake.
10. Brush the pies with sweet water or honey before baking. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tender.
