Cabbage pancakes
We will not describe in grams how much and what to take. This recipe works based on your intuition.
You just need to chop fresh white cabbage, salt, break 1-2 eggs into it. And that's it! You can fry delicious pancakes from cabbage in vegetable oil.
In time - about 3-5 minutes on each side. Oh, and good with mayonnaise!
If desired, you can add grated processed cheese or green onions.
Cabbage casserole with rice
Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage (small)
1 cup boiled rice
2 onions
3 eggs
100 g cheese
2 sec. l. vegetable oil
salt
pepper
greens
Preparation:
1. Disassemble the cabbage into leaves and boil in salted boiling water until soft. Then put it in a colander and let the water drain.
Cut off thicknesses and veins.
2. Peel and chop onions, sautรฉ in vegetable oil. 3. Put boiled rice, salt, pepper and chopped herbs on the onion.
4. Grease a baking dish with oil.
5. Layer the bottom of the mold in layers of cabbage leaves and rice filling, pour in some hot water and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
6. Then beat the eggs and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Filled cabbage rolls
Ingredients:
White cabbage
3 eggs for filling + 2 for frying
100 g cheese
dill
1-2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise or
flour (for breading)
vegetable oil (for frying)
salt
pepper (to taste)
Preparation:
1. As in the recipe above, cabbage must be disassembled into leaves and boiled in boiling water for 3-7 minutes, depending on the hardness of the leaves. Then in a colander, let them cool and cut off all the veins.
2. Boil eggs, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater. Grate the cheese in the same way. Finely chop the dill greens.
3. Mix eggs, cheese and dill. Crush mayonnaise or sour cream. Season with salt and season with ground black pepper.
4. Spread the filling on the cabbage leaf in an even layer, leaving the edges empty. The more filling, the more plump your rolls will be.
5. Next, first tuck to the middle of the edge of the sheet, then roll the cabbage leaf into a tight roll. Well, almost stuffed cabbage!
Flatten them a little to make it easier to fry.
6. Breaded each roll in flour, then dip in a beaten egg, roll again in flour and again in an egg to get a double breading.
Important! When frying, the rolls swell a little, and if you limit yourself to just one layer of breading, the cheese from the filling can escape. Double is safer.
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry cabbage rolls covered on each side for 5 minutes.
Everything! You can serve! With sauce, herbs, vegetable salad or meat - delicious in any form!
