It’s great that once upon a time a culinary expert or chef, unknown to history, came up with pasta. It's so good when you can make millions, if not billions, of different second courses from one dough: from spaghetti, feathers and bows, to horns and curls.
Just change the sauces and gravies! Not bolognese and ketchup, as they say.

Cheese and mushroom sauce for pasta (spaghetti, penne, noodles)
How to cook:
1. Fry 1 large onion in diced in vegetable oil. Add chopped fresh champignons or other (boiled) mushrooms - 200-300 gr. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
2. Pour in 1/3 cup milk and a handful of grated cheese. You can cheese or sausage. Stir, pour in a little boiling water if necessary, add salt. How to dissolve cheese - done!
Sauce with canned beans and tomato paste for horns and spaghetti
How to cook:
1. Fry 1 clove of garlic and chopped onion in vegetable oil.
2. Add 1 can of liquid canned red beans. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mash some of the beans with a potato grinder. You can add 100 grams of minced meat.
3. Introduce 1-2 tbsp into the bean mass. l. tomato paste, stir. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Done!
Tomato-garlic sauce with meatballs for noodles
How to cook:
1. Make small meatballs from any minced meat, onions and a clove of garlic. If the mince is not going well, add an egg, semolina, crackers or starch, whichever you prefer. Don't forget to salt and pepper!
2. Fry the meatball balls in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, remove on a plate.
3. In the same pan, fry the onion (1 pc.) And 4 cloves of garlic. Add 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste or 2 chopped tomatoes. Pour in a little water and simmer the sauce until the desired thickness. Season with salt, pepper and dry basil. Italians also prefer rosemary or thyme) and simmer 4. Put the meatballs in the sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Done!
Spicy green sauce for any pasta
How to cook:
1. In butter, simmer finely chopped garlic 3-4 cloves with 2 bunches of a mixture of spicy herbs (basil, dill, parsley, leaf celery, spinach, etc.).
2. Salt. Pour in some water and add cream or sour cream to taste. Pepper is optional. You can add a couple of pinches of grated cheese to the hot sauce and serve immediately. Done!
Universal sauce with chicken and tomatoes
How to cook:
1. Fry small pieces of chicken until crusty in any oil.
2. Cut the tomatoes into pieces (you can with the skin) and simmer a little with chopped garlic.
3. Combine chicken with tomatoes, warm a little. Salt and season. Done!
Canned fish sauce in oil - economical
How to cook:
1. Fry onions in vegetable oil.
2. Then chop the canned fish with a fork and put the onion, fry for 5-7 minutes. There is no need to salt and pepper. Greens to taste. Done!
Sauce with stewed meat and frozen vegetables to the horns
How to cook:
1. Fry onions with a couple of garlic cloves in vegetable oil. Pour in a bag of any frozen or home-frozen vegetables (tomatoes, eggplants, sweet bell peppers, green peas, green beans, etc.). Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
2. Put a jar of stew in a frying pan. Mix. Add tomato paste and add some water if desired. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Salt and season to taste. Done!
