How to cook:

How to cook:
1. Wash small mushrooms, boil until tender, discard in a colander. You don't need to cook champignons! You can skip this point with them.
2. Transfer the mushrooms to a bowl. Add 1 kg of mushrooms 150 ml sour cream, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp. l. ground black pepper and herbs to taste. Mix.
3. Separately fry 1-2 large onions in half rings in oil until brownish.
4. Lay onions and mushrooms in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Mushroom frying
This dish is familiar to many, since in fact it is delicious fried mushrooms. But there are nuances and secrets.
Mushrooms with a dense texture are suitable for the most delicious frying. Such as white or mushrooms.
The first ones must be boiled in advance, and the mushrooms can be fried immediately.
Onions and mushrooms by weight should be the same. You can even take a little more mushrooms onions. And the onion is necessarily sweet!
How to cook:
1. Cut the prepared mushrooms into large pieces, add a little salt and pepper with ground pepper.
2. Cut the onions into half rings and fry in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter.
If the onion does not gilded for a long time, but only transparent, then 2-3 tbsp should be poured into the pan. l. boiling water and ask for a couple of pinches of sugar.
3. While the onions are fried - the time for mushrooms. They are best fried in cast iron pans or with a thick bottom. On "Tefal" with Teflon, even the most aromatic forest mushrooms lose their taste.
Pour oil into the pan, cover the bottom completely. Then the mushrooms drained after the water and fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring over a fairly high heat.
The mushrooms should be slightly golden, fry in a pan.
4. After 10 minutes of frying, add the fried onions to the mushrooms, stir and continue cooking until the mushrooms are ready. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
