Jellied cake with mushrooms and chicken

Simple cake is perfect for a family dinner! Cooking is easy and fast, and the filling can be varied.

Mushrooms with chicken - a classic win-win combination.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms: 200 g,
Chicken fillet: 1 piece,
Onions: 1 pc,
Egg: 5 Pieces,
Mayonnaise: 250 g,
Flour: 5, Art. l.,
Soda: 1 teaspoon (Slaked vinegar)
Vegetable oil: for frying,
Ground black pepper to taste,
Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Vegetable oil to pour into the pan. Haskalah.

2. Onions cleaned, cut into cubes. Fry until it becomes transparent.

3. Mushrooms washed and cut into cubes, send to the onions in the pan and fry for 5-10 minutes more.

4. Chicken breast cut into small cubes.

5. When the pan has evaporated from the excess moisture from the mushrooms to the pan to send meat.

Fry until the meat pieces do not brighten. Add salt and pepper. Leave to cool.

6. Prepare the dough.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise, all stir well.

In the same bowl pour the flour, add baking soda (to repay vinegar).

All carefully stir the dough to obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps.

7. The baking dish or pan with high bumpers lay parchment oiled.

Pour half the dough.

Put dough over filling and pour dough residue.

8. Heat oven to 180 degrees, to send a baking cake in an oven.

Bake for 30-40 minutes.

9. When the cake browns, check the readiness of using skewers.

Pierce cake skewer, on it should not remain stuck pieces of dough.

10. Ready pie to bring to the table hot or cold.
