Ingredients:
2 kg cauliflower
1.5 kg of carrots
3 kg sweet pepper
400 gr. Sahara
30 gr. salt
1.5 cups 6% vinegar
1.5 cups vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. peppercorns
1 tbsp. l. allspice peas
5 pieces. bay leaf
3-4 pcs. carnation
1 hour l. coriander or cumin seeds
How to cook:
1. Gently divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, put them in a bowl and scald with boiling water.
2. Wash the bell peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Multicolored pepper looks beautiful and bright.
3. Peel, rinse and cut a small carrot beautifully into stars or circles.
5. Transfer all vegetables to a large saucepan, sprinkle with coarse salt and sugar. Leave for a day exactly.
6. Drain the juice from the vegetables, mix with vinegar and vegetable oil. Add peppers, bay leaves, etc. to the mixture.
7. Stir the vegetable mixture well and put it in clean and sterile jars.
8. Boil the sauce of juice and spices and pour into jars with vegetables.
9. Cover the jars with boiled lids and place them in a large saucepan on a towel. Pour warm water into a saucepan and sterilize. Sterilize jars of 0.5 l for 10-15 minutes.
Then roll up, turn over and wrap for 12 hours. Put away for storage.
