I suggest you cook this delicious salad in the form of "cake" and decorate it with a family of pigs from eggs.

Preparation:

Boil the carrots and potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Cool and clean.

Grate the potatoes and carrots on a fine grater.
Cook hard-boiled eggs. Peel and divide into whites and yolks. Proteins grate on a grater. Crumble the yolks.
Fillet of salmon boil for a couple, salt and cool.

Disassemble fork into small pieces.
Clear apple from the skin and seeds and rub on a small grater, sprinkle with lemon juice. Finely chop green onions and dill.

Cover salad cling film and store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Before serving leave for 15 minutes at room temperature and remove the split ring.
